רָמוֹת הוא מושב של תנועת המושבים הנמצא כשני קילומטרים מחופה הצפון מזרחי של הכנרת במערבה של רמת הגולן וקרוי על שם מיקומו על שתי רמות.היישוב שוכן על רמה קטנה שהיא המדרגה התחתונה של המדרון היורד מרמת הגולן לכנרת, בגובה של 10- מטרים מעל פני הים (200 מטרים מעל פני הכנרת). היישוב נמצא כ- 2 ק"מ מזרחית לכנרת, וכ-7 ק"מ צפונית לעין גב. המושב הוקם בשנת 1969. ראשית ישבו ראשוני המתיישבים בבתי הכפר הנטוש סקופיה, ולאחר שנתיים עברו להתגורר בבתים זמניים "משולשים" (אשר היוו את ראשיתו של כפר הנופש רמות), ובשנת 1973 התיישבו במיקום הנוכחי של היישוב.המושב הוקם בשנת 1969. ראשית ישבו ראשוני המתיישבים בבתי הכפר הנטוש סקופיה, ולאחר שנתיים עברו להתגורר בבתים זמניים "משולשים" (אשר היוו את ראשיתו של כפר הנופש רמות), ובשנת 1973 התיישבו במיקום הנוכחי של היישוב.כלכלת היישוב מתבססת על גידולי שלחין (מנגו, ליצ'י, פיג'ואה, תמרים, גויאבה ו- אבוקדו), גידולי פרחים, לולי פיטום, עדרי בשר בקר, פרות לחלב ועדר צאן. במושב כפר נופש גדול ומספר רב של צימרים.
