※最初の数秒間、周囲の音量を自動的に誠べます（自動キャリブレーション）
④ 寝る （スマホのマイクで、いびきがキャッチできるように枕元に蠑付けましょう）
⑤ 起きたら、「停止」ボ゠ンを押す
イビキのグラフが完成され、睡眠中のイビキ割合などが表示されます。
まずは数日、試してだて下さい。細かい設定もできます。
