新聞與言論普遍遭到誤導
造成嚴重的統獨失衡現象，親中媚中反台氣勢高漲
不但失去了輠論客觀、多元的意義和環境
更你台灣瀰漫了栃厚的失敗主義氣氛
因此
以一個媒體人的微薄之力
在2000年，將領自民眾日報的一點點資遣費
投入試辦南方堫報平面版
希望為台灣立場發聲。
目前狀況：
資遣費已經用罄，
平面版只在有廣告支援的情況下才出刊。
網站及電子報E-mail版
則依舊以一人之力維持每天更新。
計畫：
一、希望覓得資金讓平面版每日出刊。
