を入力して面積を求めるアプリです

1.選択肢1:1.面積を平米(㎡)で求める
縦の長さと横の長さをｍで入れて㎡
で面積の大きさを出します
例:縦.100.0m,横100.0m ==> 10000.0 (㎡)
2.選択肢2:2.、面積を平米から坪を求める
縦の長さと横の長さをｍで入れて㎡で
面積の大きさを平米と坪で出します
例:縦.12.5m,横の長さ.2.5m
====> 面積(平米):31.2(㎡),坪:9.5 (坪)
3.選択肢3:3,坪から平米(㎡)を求める
坪を入力して平米(㎡)の大きさを求める
例:1.5(坪) ==> 4.96(㎡)

縦の長さと横の長さを入れて土地の
単価（坪当たりの値段）から値段を出します
例:縦:2.5m,横:2.9m
土地の面積1 ==> 2.2坪、
土地の面積2 ==> 7.2㎡
土地の単価1坪12,000円として ==> 2.2坪で26,318円です
※平米＝平方メートル(㎡)のことです
