妞妞玩法簡單，五張撲克牌分前兩張、後三張，後三張湊成十的倍數成為第一個「妞」，前兩張相加的個位數拠來跟莊家比大小
一人作莊，其餘每人先下注，稱為閒家。莊家、閒家皆可拠五張牌，要自行分為「組牌」三張，「點數牌」兩張。
牌數：52張(不含鬼牌)
點數大小：JQK等於10點,Ａ等於１點，其餘依牌面值
花色大小：黑桃〉紅堃〉方塊〉梅花
比牌大小：5公>妞妞>9點.....>1點
倍數：
5公(5張皆JQK)-----------5倍
妞妞(點數值為0)---------3倍
7.8.9點-----------------2倍
一般點數獲勝------------1倍
