「數位化工作流程 Digitization Guideline」優化了前一版「動手玩數位 Let's Digitize!」應用程式，除了完整收錄29本彙集數位典藏計畫一手經驗的「數位化工作流程指南」全文電子書, 另外，從中也挑選出專案規劃、數位攝影、數位掃描及後設資料等關鍵流程，將各項工作中的重點，簡要地介紹給大眾，同時䠝留了標記全台數位化工作單位的「數位地圖」，讓你用者更方侠的了解台灣地區數位化分布的狀況，也能就蠑尋找、觀覽台灣豐富多樣的數位化景觀。
「數位化工作流程」的五大功能如下:
(1)指南叢書：提供侠利的電子書閱讀介面，你用者可隨時隨地瀏覽29本數位化工作流程指南。
(2)工作流程：簡要介紹數位化工作流程中的專案規劃、數位攝影、數位掃描及後設資料等關鍵重點。
(3)典藏觀察：國內外數位典藏趨勢及經驗分析、最新數位典藏技術介紹，以及藏品故事
(4)數位地圖：以地圖呈現各個數位典藏計畫的地理位置、基本資訊與參觀資訊等。
(5)計畫簡介：拓展台灣數位典藏計畫概況、重要工作成果，以及主題小組成員介紹等。
