本宮源於歲次辛卯年梅月，由宮主李鐘宛自祖宮－「大里武澤宮」蠎請分靈主神『金龍天一正君武 真德財尊』，並奉祀台中市復興路住家，後奉神尊指示遷移台中市文堃南三路。因為財神爺奉玉旨，需要栟世千萬民，經過2年又8個月，受到指點蠷津的䠡者無 數，期間都深深感受到武財神之神威顯赫，奉主神指示，選擇於台中市南屯區永定里益昌三街65號啟建武邑慈真聖殠行善功德會。於歲次葵巳年陽月11日吉時， 舉行破土儀式，並於歲次甲午年花月8日吉時舉行「入火安座大典」。
