全相關資訊，以䠝障民眾水域遊憩活動安全，提升生活品質。
防溺總動員APP應用程式：
1.提供潮汐時刻及雨量的即時查詢，外出或旅遊可即時掌握當地氣象資訊。
2.於彰化縣內可顯示所在地點方圓2公里內救生圈架點位，提供可即時你用
之救援工具。
3.線上觀賞防溺宣導短片，寓教於樂方式深化民眾水域安全觀堵。
4.以地圖顯示彰化縣內蠑兩年度曾發生溺水事故點位及相關資訊，民眾進行
水域遊憩時可做為參考遠開該危險水域。
5.結合其他機關網站之即時水情、岸際巡邏站及水域遊憩等相關資訊，提供
一般民眾堫速連結瀏覽。
6.以問答測驗方式與民眾互動，加深水域安全相關重點知識與常識。
