특히 요즘은 홈트레이닝이라고 해서 유투브로 운동하는 분들 많으시죠~ 저도 유투브로 강*라 하체다이어트, 이*라 다이어트, 옥** 요가 등등 많이 이용하다보니까 일일이 기록하기는 귀찮고.. 그래서 유투브를 처음부터 끝까지 시청하면 기록할 수 있게 구현했습니다. 제가 유명한 다이어트 영상들은 올려놓았는데 원하는 영상이 없다면 직접 자신이 추가할 수도 있습니다. 이 유투브 기록은 캘린더에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
2. 출석체크 기능
헬스장에서 공원에서.. 누구나 어디선가 운동은 하시지만 장소는 다를 거에요. 자신만의 장소를 저장해두고 출석체크를 할 수 있게 했습니다. 이 출석체크는 화면 렐만 아니라 캘린더에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
3. 다이어트 자극 유발
유명 연예인부터 모델까지 닮고 싶은 사람들이 있죠. 앱 메인 화면을 자신의 다이어트 자극 사진으로 지정할 수 있어서 매일매일 자극도 되고, 더욱 자신만의 어플처럼 느껴지실 거에요. 또한 매일 업데이트 되는 명언으로 좀 더 자신을 자극 시켜보세요! 여름은 얼마남지 않았습니다!!
4. 물 알람 기능
다이어트 할 때 물은 필수죠! 매일매일 물도 드시고 기록하세요. 까먹지 마시라고 알람기능도 추가했습니다! 물도 캘린더에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
5. 통계 기능
현재 자신의 목표 달성량을 확인하고 매일 자신이 기록했던 몸무게가 얼마나 감량되었는지 쉽게 나타내었습니다. 무조건적인 체중에 대한 집착보다는 다이어트의 본질인 자신의 몸을 잘 아는게 중요하겠죠!!
