Em 17 de Dezembro de 2000 foi realizado a 1¤ Edição da NOITE DO FLASHBACK - A ORIGINAL, a ideia surgiu de uma conversa entre três amigos que resolveram comemorar os bons tempos dos anos 80 e 90, principalmente para recordar a trilha musical que embalou as suas vidas quando adolescentes, e reencontrar outros amigos que fizeram parte das suas noitadas. Assim surgiu a festa que é hoje considerada pelo público como a melhor Festa de Flashback de Roraima.
E nem um dos três amigos poderia imaginar que esta festa se transformaria em uma das mais Tradicionais de Roraima, fazendo parte do calendário da capital.
A Rádio A ORIGINAL FM surge como um novo canal entre a organização do evento e o seu público para levar além do dia da festa, entretenimento e recordações com uma trilha musical feita especialmente para os amantes da NOITE DO FLASHBACK - A ORIGINAL!
