Am I Rooted? APK Description
This is a simple app that uses many different methods to detect if your device is rooted or not.
It may be useful to test the supposed 'root cloak' apps out there.
Currently it uses the following:
javaLib: A modification of Chainfires Shell library
javaFile: Java implementation checking for the su binary
nativeExec: Native implementation executing the su binary
nativeFile: Native implementation checking the existence of the su binary.
If your device isn't rooted, please send me an email with the results - I've been unable to test on an unrooted device...
This app is compiled for all 4 possible architectures (arm, armv7, x86, mips).
How to install Am I Rooted? APK for Android
Download Am I Rooted? APK file (com.liamw.amirooted_1_117960.apk) from APKPure.live, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.liamw.amirooted_1_117960.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
How to install Am I Rooted? APK on Windows PC 7/8/10/11 or MAC?
Download Am I Rooted? APK file (com.liamw.amirooted_1_117960.apk) from APKPure.live to your PC (ex: C://Users/xxx/Downloads/(com.liamw.amirooted_1_117960.apk), then follow these steps appear on screen.
Using Emulator:
- Download And Install one Emulator Softwares (Ex: Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer)
- Simple install APK on PC by drag and drop file com.liamw.amirooted_1_117960.apk on Emulator screen
