تم إطلاقه عام 2011 م ليكون صاحب دور ريادي في تغطية الشأن السوري إعلامياً، ويهدف إلى التوجيه والتأصيل ونشر الوعي في المجتمع السوري وللمتابعين للشأن السوري.
