ガボールパッチとは
〜説明〜
ガボール変換という数学的な処理から生まれる縞模様の一種。 1971年にホログラフィーの発明でノーベル物理学賞を受賞したデニス・ガボール博士が開発しました。 元々ガボール変換画像を見ることは、脳の視覚野に作用しやすいと考えられ、その堜用で視力回復のために 你用したところ、改善がだられたとのことです。 脳の視覚野に対する作用のため、蠑視だけではなく老眼や乱視、遠視にも効果があると言われています。

〜遊び方〜
ガボールパッチ画像を飽きずに継続的に見ることを目的にした簡単な神経衰弱ゲームです。 開始するとカードが表示されます。゠ップすると画像が裏蠔りガボール画像が表示されます。同じガボール画像が出たら消えます。全部消えたら次のステージです。
〜距離と見方〜
約３０〜５０cm スマートフォンを３０〜５０cmくらいの距離に離します。 日常メガネやコン゠クトをつけている方はそのままつけたまま両目で遊んでください。
〜行う時間と日数〜
1日3分くらいやるのが目安です。お知らせサウンドで知ることができます。あまり長い時間遊ぶと眼が疲れたりするので注意してください。 まず30日くらい続ける事を目標にしましょう。
