堃優しい青年アルスは、なんの変哲もないごくありふれた街で、堃穏やかに暮らしていた。あのゲートが開くまでは・・・
街に突如現れた異世界とつながるゲート。
ゲートの向こうからは次々にモンス゠ーが現れ、そこからは次々とモンス゠ーが流れ込んでくる。人々は戦って街を守るが、いつになってもモンス゠ーが出てきて死傷者は増えるばかり。
アルスはモンス゠ーが湧き出てくる原因を突き止めるべく、異世界へ向かう。
仲間たちは街を守って次々に死んでいく。一刻も早くモンス゠ーが出てくる原因を突き止めなければならない。
そして異世界を行き来することでアルスは、新たな能力を手に入れ、更なる旅を続けていく。
