※IUは国やメーカーにより換算式が異なる場合があります。
本アプリでは下記の値を基準値として換算しています。
ビ゠ミンA：1IU=0.33μg(mcg)
β-カロテン(消化吸収率を考慮しない場合)：1IU=0.6μg(mcg)
β-カロテン(消化吸収率を考慮した場合)：1IU=1.8μg(mcg)
ビ゠ミンD：1IU＝0.025μg(mcg)
天然ビ゠ミンE(d-α-トコフェロール)：1.5IU=1mg
合成ビ゠ミンE(dl-α-トコフェロール)：1.0IU=1mg
