진단용어 - 한국표준질병‧사인분류(KCD) 용어 및 의료현장 임상 용어로 구성
의료행위용어 - 국제의료행위분류(ICD-9-CM volume Ⅲ) 및 의료현장 임상용어로 구성
임상검사용어 - 국제임상검사용어체계(LOINC) 기반으로 구축, 6개 축으로 구분 표기
방사선의학용어 - 영상의학과 핵의학 분야 검사·시술 용어를 3개 축(장비명, 부위명, 방법명)으로 구분 표기
치과용어 - 한국표준질병·사인분류(KCD) 및 국제의료행위분류(ICD-9-CM) 중 치과 용어 추출·구성
보건용어 - 지역보건법, 보건사업지침을 기본으로 보건소 업무관련 용어
