산속에서 길을 잃은 주인공이 처녀귀신에게 잡혀 생명을 위협 받는다.
처녀 귀신은 귀신 친구들과 함께 인간의 피로 맞고를 치다 피를 전부 잃어 인간의 피를 구하러 내려온 것 이었다.
평소 맞고에 자신 있었던 주인공은 처녀 귀신에게 잃은 피를 다시 되찾아 주겠다고 약속을 하고 목숨을 구걸한다.
처녀 귀신은 주인공의 맞고 실력을 확인하고 주인공을 귀신들의 하우스장인 귀곡산장으로 안내한다.
이제 산장의 귀신들과 맞고를 치며 살아 남아야 하는 주인공의 운명은 그대 손에 달려 있다..
