1.This app is only used on Wear OS system in TicWatch Pro and TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE .
2. The app is not supported on mobile phones
3.Wear your watch before bedtime and keep it on while you sleep.Make sure your device fits snugly but comfortable.
4.Most adults should try to get 8 hours of sleep each day. You alternate between NREM(light, deep )and REM sleep as the night progresses.Your watch's sleep tracking feature measures the quality of your sleep each night.
To sync the health & exercise data successfully, please follow these steps:
1. Update all the apps "TicHealth/TicExercise/TicAccount/TicPrivacy” on watch;
2. Enable "Data sync" switch in TicPrivacy app;
3. Disable/enable the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone.
