AccuTweet is a free geolocation search client for Twitter that lets you browse/search for tweets in specific locations around the world.
All you need to do is to:
1) pin a location
2) set the radius
3) search for a word, hashtag, and username inside that radius
3) Bingo! You’ll get all the tweets from this specific location with your search criteria (if any).
AccuTweet provides:

Download AccuTweet APK file (com.mtech.accutweet_5_5574319.apk) from APKPure.live, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

- Confirm with OK
