AppsList Backup can list all the applications which are installed on your device with all details. You can export all the checked applications from list to your device or you can also share them via mail, dropbox etc.
There are several ways to restore your old apps depending your backup style. If you backup the list of apps to your device, AppsList Backup saves the them in a folder that called AppsListBackup. If you prefer to send the them as a file to yourself and read the file later from Restore screen.
Also if you think that installed applications waste lots of space on your device, It's easy to uninstall them and you can get more free space.
