Battery Percentage Enabler application enables the battery percentage inside the battery display on notification area beside of time.
In Nexus 5 the battery percentage is hidden in default so you can enable that features by installing this appl;ication and enabling that features, once you have enabled you can uninstall the application but also it still feature exists.
If you want to disable the battery percentage then again install this application and disable it..
Its so simple right..
This application is tested on Nexus 5..
