Type your blood pressure readings and press on evaluate to start the evaluation process. Then the app displays different colors for your blood pressure. The user has to set profile by entering your weight, height and age to calculate BMI (Body Mass Index) so you can figure out how your current health situation is. Look up what blood pressure is in general and learn what optimal blood pressure means. Additionally learn the meaning of systolic and diastolic values.
