With Cleverday app, you can standardize the different processes of your company by collecting data on improvement needs in different forms of media, share what you collected to your experts and based on their suggestions, you can create new standardized how-to-guides that can be shared in seconds. All following the idea of Gemba walk.
The word ’Gemba’ comes from Japanese and means ‘the real place,’ as in, where the value is created. It’s a handy tool for personnel in leading positions, where said people make visits to the ‘field’, where their subordinates work and the idea is to collect data on possible improvements.
With the Cleverday app, you can easily implement the Gemba walk:
• The planning of the walk
• Capturing your observations and taking notes
• Sharing observations to the interest groups
After finding solutions, you can share the updated and standardized processes in the form of quick how-to-guides and the same guides can be used as orientation of new employees. All on the same application.
