This is a custom boot animation for Cyanogen fans. It is inspired by Cyanogen's new logo. You must be running a rom with CM12 theme chooser or it will not work. It should work on all devices. To apply simply go to themes and select the menu button near the top left and select boot animations. You can apply it from there
