All what you have to do is the plug your headphones into you phone or tablet .Then search the exact microphone's location in your phone, then place it under your chest above your heart and you will hear your heart beats clearly.
ADVICES:
* For best results we recommand to remove your clothes and place it directly above your body.
* Headphones are recommanded to use this app, if you unplug them the app will stop immediately.
