A photo journal of day to day eating patterns used to help change eating habits. Based on the concept that awareness is the key to all change. The challenge is to actually take a photo each time one eats. The app makes this very quick and simple. It is challenging because the hardest person to be honest with is our self. The app is best used with an eating better coach where the photos are reviewed once per month and food habits discussed. As the user becomes aware that the type of food and food volume affects how they feel and perform every day long term eating habits change.
