Restores URL-shortening functionality:
URLs over 17 characters long are automatically reassigned a shortened URL.
Physical Web clients will still display the original URL when discovered.
Uses is.gd, instead of the now defunct goo.gl.
NOTE: Internet connection is required to assign short URLs.
Some minor adjustments have also been made to improve performance.

Turns your device into a Bluetooth beacon using the Eddystone-URL format.
Eddystone is an open Bluetooth® Smart beacon format that supports Android and iOS devices.
Support for Bluetooth peripheral mode is required. This is available on most newer devices, which include, but are not limited to: Nexus 5X, 6P, 6, & 9; Samsung Galaxy S6, S7, Note 5, E5, & Grand Prime; Moto G⁴, E 4G LTE, & DROID Turbo 2; OnePlus 3; LG G4.
