This app is an Offline English to Dzongkha dictionary. Dzongkha is the national language of Bhutan. It has about 160,000 native speakers and about 470,000 second language speakers.
This app also shows random "Paytams" at the bottom of the screen every time the app runs. Paytams are Bhutanese proverbs that were passed down from generations to generations.
I hope that the people of Bhutan (and specially students) find this app useful. Please share this app if you like it.
