Planner acts as a tool that help people in terms of organizing their schedule, keeping track for upcoming events as well as maintaining a list of task that must be accomplished within a particular duration.
“EzPlanner” was embedded with four major functions namely course timetable, to-do list, exam countdown as well as memo. Basically, students are able to manage their timetable, To-do list and exam countdown in terms of adding, modifying, or deleting the related information in the application. For course timetable, other than the details for subjects, the details about a certain lecturer or group member can also be saved in the application. Whereas for exam countdown, it can show students the time left for their upcoming examinations based upon the date and time set by users. Furthermore, users are able to save their memos in the application. Before writing the memos, they are able to choose their preferred input devices either they want to use the build-in keyboard or the Stylus Pen. Both modifying and deleting functions are available when the users write the memo using the keyboard. However, the function of modifying is not available when they choose to write their memo using the Stylus Pen. Only delete function is provided after the memo is saved.
