The handy journal lets you take notes about the day's meals and workout, and you can easily take photos to visually track your progress!
The history calendar lets you quickly view and edit data for previous days, and you can email yourself a complete meal log with daily journal entries at any time!
Also includes ingredient substitution lists, so you can switch up your recipes without affecting your calorie count.
