La aplicación permite:
• Visualizar la información de tus embarques en tiempo real

• Recibir notificaciones de eventos importantes durante el trayecto de tus embarques
• Dar seguimiento a tus solicitudes de colocación de semirremolques
• Consultar tu historial de embarques y operación
• Llamar directamente a tu Customer Service
• Enviar mensajes vía WhatsApp directo a tu Customer Service
• Enviar correo electrónico a tu Customer Service
La aplicación no tiene ningún costo ni genera ningún tipo de cargo para los clientes.
Para ingresar debe ser cliente FEMA Carretera y contar con un usuario y contraseña, los clientes pueden solicitarla a su ejecutivo de Servicio al cliente.
