This is an extension for the Palabre application, a modern and extensible news reader. You can not run this application without installing Palabre first:

This extension adds support for your flickr account in Palabre and will allow you to browse your content with the news reader Palabre.
Palabre is your unique source for daily/hourly news from RSS feeds and Feedly. By the author of Plume (Twitter client), Beautiful Widgets and Bright Weather!
