Adds support for downloading files served via FTP servers. Includes plain FTP and FTPS (aka FTP-ES or FTP-SSL) support as well as username/password authentication.
NOTE: This is purposely NOT a full-fledged FTP client, but merely a way to download files via FTP, a feature that Android (and common browsers) do not support out-of-the-box.

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
