We give you tools, support and motivation from a diabetes coach and other people living with diabetes. Through short videos, coach check-ins, online motivators and other activities, you earn points which can be redeemed for awards such as gift cards, helpful products such as a Fitbit, and other services. Chat with a health coach and other people living with diabetes to get support and new ideas for better self-management.
