“GP Customer First” is an exclusive app designed for employees of Grameenphone Ltd., to enable them to help
and serve Grameenphone customers within their acquaintances with the following information:
1. Current products/ services
2. Campaigns
3. Internet services and packages
4. Frequent customer queries
The app also allows employees to log complaints on any glitches about GP products/services on behalf of Grameenphone customers.
The app is only accessible by Grameenphone employees.
