You’ll see the whole detailed workouts’ history of your athletes: which days workouts were performed, how many reps/sets/weights and so on. All this data loads automatically to you in real time - you need just to add an athlete to the list.
Work only together with the GYM Athlete app and synchronize workout data and its results.
It also has the basic base of classic exercises from the experts - with animation, descriptions and basic mistakes.
Individual attitude. Analyze results of each athlete in comfortable reports. Choose the most effective workouts and exercises to make individual workout plans.
You can also check the weight dynamics of exercises for any of your athletes.
And of course you can add your own exercises.
