Help Onlife Health and the CDC improve understanding of public health! This app demonstrates how the CDC might improve their traditional methods of public health surveillance. Simply connect a fitness device, respond to a few questions, and provide vital information for public health monitoring anytime, anywhere.
· Automatically import exercise and other health data from a fitness tracker or app of your choice
· Validate imported data, add missing data, and provide important context around your exercise events in close to real time
· Take a short (5 min) survey about general health behaviors
