Better Life is an educational journey towards a better life and better performance. The program is built around weekly audio lessons and actions. You will also set personal targets for physical activity, and get guidance in reaching them.

Better Life also utilises data from Google Fit, importing the data to your training log and wellbeing statistics in the app.
