ICC Mobilen avulla asiakaspalvelutiimisi hoitaa asiakaspuhelut vapauttaen asiakaspalvelusi paikasta riippumattomaksi. ICC Mobile siirtää pöytäpuhelimiin tulevat puhelut agentin matkapuhelinliittymään.
TOIMINNOT:
• Agentin tilan hallinta (vapaa, tauko, työ).
• Asiakaspalveluun tulevien puheluiden ohjaus agentin matkapuhelimeen.
• Soitot ulos matkapuhelimesta valittuun numeroon.
• Soitot takaisin ei-vastattuihin asiakaspuheluihin puhelulogista.
• Toimii niin matkapuhelin- kuin wifi -verkossa.
ICC Mobile tarvitsee toimiakseen ICC Manager järjestelmän. ICC Manager tuoteperheen avulla pystyt seuraamaan asiakaspalvelusi toimintaa aina soitoista asiakaspalvelun raportointiin. Myös ICC Mobilen kautta hoidetut soitot ja agentin työajanseuranta ovat osa raportointia, jolla seuraat asiakaspalvelutiimisi performanssia.
