Appen og systemet brukes til å melde fra om og behandle avvik, forbedringsforslag, internkontroller/vernerunder og fareanalyser. Systemet er bygget opp for å tilfredsstille rapporteringskravene satt av Mattilsynet og Internkontrollforskriften på en enkel, oversiktlig og ikke minst innovativ måte.
