La aplicación “Llamar” permite a los usuarios del Plan Ibirapitá realizar llamadas de voz en casos de emergencia a través de Internet hacia un único número de destino previamente configurado. La aplicación únicamente funciona cuando la tablet se encuentra conectada por WiFi a servicios de acceso a internet brindados por ANTEL.
Las llamadas realizadas a través de esta aplicación son sin costo para el usuario.
