MCA là ứng dụng cho phép khách hàng đồng bộ danh bạ từ điện thoại lên hệ thống để biẠt thông tin người gọi lỡ thay vì chỉ hiện thị số điện thoại gọi lỡ thông thường. Với 2 chức năng chính:
- Hiển thị tên người gọi lỡ theo danh bạ điện thoại đã được đồng bộ lên hệ thống.
- Xem danh sách các cuộc gọi lỡ trong 10 ngày gần nhất
- Thêm số phụ
- Thêm email phụ
