Micro Focus Content Manager enables you to securely access your organisation's Content Manager records anywhere, anytime. Now you can be productive even from your phone.
If you are a remote user who creates records on the field, you can create simple document records and associate mobile artefacts such as photos and documents right from your mobile device. The mobile app enables you to search records from your mobile device, allowing you to edit documents on the go. Customise the app menu to show only the items relevant to you.
The Content Manager Mobile App enables you to:
- Securely connect to your organisation's Content Manager service
- Search Records with specific criteria
- View record properties and attachments
- Edit Records in OneDrive
- Create Records with Mobile Artefacts
- Offline Documents to view later
- Customise Menu items
Accessing your organization's Content Manager is seamless and secure. The Content Manager Mobile App doesn’t store credentials and seamlessly connects to server using the Service API.
