Arjan van Spronsen geboren in december 1986. In de jaren 1996 t/m 2005 was zijn leven voornamelijk ingericht op het judo met als hoogtepunten het 3 keer meedoen met het nederlands Jeugdjudokampioenschap met verschillende resultaten. Sinds 2007 werkzaam in de fitnes/sport wereld. Na eerst Albeda sport en bewegen te hebben gedaan is hij gestart met een opleiding tot fysiotherapeut.
Nu wil ik mijn passie en kennis inzetten om anderen mensen individueel te begeleiden met sport en gezondheid. Ieder individu en doel is anders, samen met de sporter/klant ga ik opzoek naar een levenswijze die past bij de persoon. In deze levenswijze staat training, voeding en lichamelijke gezondheid centraal.
Omdat ik verschillende opleidingen gedaan heb ben ik multi disciplinair en staat voor de zo hoog mogelijke services om zo uw doelstelling zo snel en goed mogelijk te behalen zowel in mentaal opzicht, training en lijfstijl.
Now I want to devote my passion and knowledge to guide other people with individual sport and health. Every individual is different and purpose, along with the athlete / client I'm looking for a way of life that suits the individual. In this way of life is training, nutrition and mental health center.
Because I have several courses I am done multidisciplinary and represents the best possible services in order to reach your goal as quickly and effectively as possible both mentally, training and body style.
