Beginning any diet can be difficult, mostly because you are not sure what is allowed! When it comes to the Paleo diet, there is a lot of gray area and everyone seems to have their own interpretation of what is or is not considered Paleo. To solve this problem we created Paleo +; a mobile app that allows Paleo experts, newbies and everyone in between to search over 3,000 food items to determine whether or not a certain item is Paleo as well as submit new items to be reviewed by the community.
