The Poland.Travel - Polish Tourist Information System mobile application is a mobile tourist guide based on the resources of the Tourist Information Database (gathered and updated by all tourist organisations in Poland).
The new version of the application has been completed with a very intuitive tool - the trip planner. The tool allows you to plan your stay in the chosen region of Poland with the use of your mobile phone, but also to follow the itineraries proposed by other users or the editors. Thanks to a personal profile, you can plan your trip via a website integrated with the application, and then download the trip to the mobile device of your choice.
The Planner is an innovative tool, allowing to create trips of various duration according to selected criteria, such as:
- interests,
- available time,
- means of transport,
- point of departure and arrival,
- number of participants,
- preferred type of attractions.
The Poland.Travel application contains a multitude of useful tools: a map available both online and offline, a smartcode scanner, an Augmented Reality module, thanks to which you will easily find
interesting sites in the area, a convenient currency converter, access to the resources of the central Tourist Information Database, as well as an event calendar and thematic alerts, letting you know
what’s on in your area.
