No dia 07 de Janeiro de 1982 a empresa EBS de Comunicações fundou a RÁDIO TRAMANDAÍ AM 920 Khz, com a proposta de oferecer ao mercado tramandaiense e região um veículo que atendesse as reais necessidades da comunidade. Caracterizada por um veículo popular, ágil, moderno e comprometido com seus ouvintes, tanto na área de jornalismo, esportes, cultural,ou social. Hoje a RÁDIO TRAMANDAI faz sucesso por oferecer ao ouvinte regional o que ele necessita no tempo integral das 18h no ar.
Em Agosto de 1986 o grupo EBS de Comunicação lançou a Rádio Itaramã FM 97,1 Mhz. Hoje líder em audiência , é a mais ouvida nos locais de grande circulação, como bares, restaurantes, escritórios, lojas, consultórios, shopings e veículos.. A nossa linguagem, no entanto, tem o objetivo de ser entendido por toda faixa etária e classes econômicas.
