Its no secret that giving your eyes a regular break does wonders for eye health. But unfortunately we get caught up in our work and forget to rest our eyes. This app will remind you at customizable regular intervals to give your eyes a rest using a combination of following methods

Its a very simple app with absolutely no bells and whistles. Other than using it as a rest break tool I suppose you could also use it in other ways where timing is required.
