Permissions:
READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS : Allows an application to read and write the user's contacts data used in application to show you contacts on SIM card and phone device and do operations on them.
CALL_PHONE: Allows an application to initiate a phone call used in application for call function.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows an application to write to external storage. used in application to save Contacts on your phone as file.
