Bitnamic Connect offers you a wide set of features making a service technician's life easier. Send messages to other users, communicate with remote experts through video calls, view 3D models and much more! The only requirement for Bitnamic Connect is a smartphone, tablet or laptop with an internet connection.
Messaging / Chat
• brand new chat module for simplified communication with experts and other users

Video Calls / Remote Expert
